The Personality Of Myers Briggs Personality Type ( Mbit )...
Intro In the beginning of the class we were given a short 20-minute personality assessment and the results were given. From there we were to analyze six personality factors of Myers-Briggs personality type (MBIT), narcissism, blirtatiousness, self-monitoring, need for structure, and the need for closure. Analyzing these factors will allow us to see how we can improve or to be more conservative when it comes to these personality factors. This analysis will require understanding out score, how it can be a challenge to a chapter, how our score can apply to a concept in that chapter, and how it can either facilitate employability or career success. The first personality to be analyzed will be MBIT. MBIT For the personality assessment of MBIT there are 16 personalities to be chosen from the result. For me personally, I was given the results of ESTJ which doesnââ¬â¢t make sense at first until we dig into what the characteristics of the personality mean. The characteristics of ESTJ have four different characteristics all relating to one of the letters. The letter E suggests that I am more extrovert and I am energized by having order. The letter S suggest that I am more sensing rather than intuition and I like to have structure. The letter T suggest that I rely more on thinking rather than feelings making me more practical about situations. The letter J means that I am more judging rather than perceiving and makes me a good administrator or supervisor.
